  Been a while since I’ve experienced such amazing service, professionalism, workmanship by the fitter and all round support. Peter who quoted and John and his son that fitted the carpet and vinyl deserve more than 5 stars. Quality, service and satisfaction is truely hard to find these days.. Thanks guys

  Sales side was great but when I send a message afterwards to say there was some stuff I was not happy with I was told they will talk to the installer and get back to me. Unfortunately I never heard back.

  I contacted this company for a quote on replacing all our interior blinds. The customer service I received from this point on was so poor bordering on incompetence. The salesman came out but the visit was extremely short and he did not bring any colour samples. He did his measurements and said he would email the quote. 4 days later I contacted them to see where the quote was and I was told the salesman was sick (i thought fair enough). The next day he phoned me and asked for more details even though he had already measured every window. He even asked me to measure some windows he had forgotten. He then said he would send through the quote but he never even bothered to email it through. Such terrible customer service and I will not be dealing with them again.

  McSwain’s was recommended to me by a friend, but I think she had a much different experience than I did. My salesperson was over an hour late and forgot to measure my stairs. The installers only spoke Spanish and took a 2-hour siesta during my installation on a Friday night, leaving me trapped home to wait for their return. I bought stain master carpet but got no information on how to take care of it. All of this after waiting for more than a month to get it installed. I’m not impressed and will shop somewhere else for carpet in the rest of my house.

  Did 7 rooms of flooring in home, most were good enough, some were not. Experience was average. Was hoping to score them higher as we used them 18 years ago with no issues.
