- Peter Risk Added December 11, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company requires 100% payment before install - I now know why. The first attempt at splashback install failed due incorrectly sized glass. The 2nd attempt failed as the corrected splashback piece was installed such that a cabinet door couldn't shut. They didn't understand the issue they created. After raising the issue, I then had to follow up a week later, only to be told I was 'underhanded' (for suggesting their lack of response was due to bigger more important jobs). Another trade had to fix the issue. The upfront price looks good, but total cost is significant.
