The trainers are fantastic and so knowledgeable, offering a great variety of group training classes. Would definitely recommend!

The equipment is gr8 & they now have anther location in Wallan & we in Kilmore can head down there as well . And a very safe environment 4 women to. Very flexible, just had some miner back surgery & stopped my Schedule 4 a period of time .
